These folding retractable spray booths are the answer to ‘occasional and regular use’ situations, where they can be folded away, providing great flexibility and valuable floor space for other work processes.
SMARTRE-FLEX is the ideal spray booth solution for SMART repairs, panel and parts painting and priming. SMARTREFLEX has a built-in workstation with a mixing bench and storage area. The exhaust fan provides strong airflow and constant fume extraction.

- Exhaust Fan: 1 x 3.0kW 3 phase Belt Driven Axial Fan with extraction rate of 4.2m3/s. Spark proof fan and motor.
- Exhaust Filter: Filtration is by way of 3 x Andreae corrugated cardboard dry filter media at 1000mm high mounted in the exhaust chamber.
- Exhaust Ducting: Fan comes complete with a 630mm dia. duct connector for vertical extract
SMARTRE-FLEX (Internal) Spray Booths - Large
Building: The Booth is free standing. Requires ducting to penetration though outside wall for ventilation.
Health & Safety: It is important to ensure that the area where the SMART booth will be installed is in accordance with HSG140, paragraph 221 & 222. Hazardous Zone 2 will extend a minimum of 2mtrs to each side and the front of the extended work area.
Maintenance: All booth systems are supplied with a documented Maintenance Program. Failure to comply with this may cause warranties to become null and void.
Warranties: All Equipment included in our proposal will be replaced / repaired for a period of twelve (12) month from practical completion, due to faulty materials, poor workmanship or inadequate design. Manufacture standards apply to purchased items such as motors, burners, electrical components etc.
Inclusions: Supply & Install 1 x SMARTRE-FLEX Commercial Dry Filter SMART Booth System as specified above.
Exclusions: All electrical works, supply and connections to fan motors, control panel and lighting as required. This must be carried out by a qualified and competent industrial / commercial electrician. Damage caused to motors incorrectly wired are not covered by warranties. Access equipment such as scaffolding, scissor lift and cherry picker hire is also not included in the quotation.
